Appointment of new Chairman

At the ExtraOrdinary General Meeting on Tuesday 20th January, Denise Davies was appointed as the new Chairman in succession to William Jackson. We wish her success and happiness in the role.

Denise Davies (Soprano) was brought up in Wantage, is married with three grown-up children, and works locally as an Occupational Health Nurse. Previously singing with Bicester Choral and Operatic Society, she moved back to Wantage in 1992 and joined Wantage Choral Society; she has served on the committee for 12 years to date.
